The Texas government and leader are violating your rights.

We have a Texas state government that is violating the people's rights. The 10th amendment of the United states constitution states that, the powers not delegated to the United States by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. This means that the state of Texas does not have the right to implement policies that infringe on the rights and freedoms of the people, yet that is exactly what they are doing by passing laws that restrict voting rights, reproductive rights, and gun rights. This is a clear violation of the 10th amendment and an affront to the rights of the people of Texas. The state government needs to stop these unconstitutional laws and ensure that all people are treated equally and fairly.

As a result, the Texas State Government does not want me to discuss this subject as millions of Texans can file federal lawsuits against them if they believe their rights have been violated. exas State Government does not want to discuss this issue because they know that their actions could be challenged in court. They do not want to risk being sued and having to pay potentially millions of dollars in damages to those who have been wronged.

My goal as governor of Texas is to make sure that you will be respected and that your rights will not be violated as long as I am in office.
